The black suede Jessica Simpson women’s camera boot are currently sold out as obviously you’ve noticed and i think it’s safe to say won’t be back in stock. We should note it has nothing to do with the styles popularity, it’s just that a different company holds the right to produce Jessica Simpson boots. Her line still produces plenty of suede boots as this type of leather is indeed popular.

I bought a handbag from Dillards three months ago i have only carried it four times and on the fourth time the handle started falling apart I took it back to Dillards and they told me to go thru yall to get it replaced I paid alot of money for this purse and would like it replaced what do I need to do?

I recently purchased a pair of your Black Leather Boots Jessica Simpson Lynell. Upon wearing them for the 2nd time, the inside o-ring that holds the decorative hardware and strap broke on the left boot. Is it possible for you to send me another o-ring to match or possible a whole new decorative strap and hardware so I can fix.

Just exchange the boots at where they were purchased.

I bought these on Amazon.com. I’m not sure that they will exchange or refund after they are worn.

You’ll have to check what Amazon policies are but most likely they will still replace the boots being in my opinion they are defective.

I purchased a pair of Jessica Simpson shoes at Macy’s and after wearing them four times, the seam came a loose and cannot be repaired by any shoe shop. Will Jessica Simpson shoes replace the defective pair? I have looked online for the same pair, but cannot find them anywhere, they are black patent leather open toe shoes and they actually have a zebra heel. Please advise.

Just return them to Macy’s for a refund. The line Macy’s is selling is exclusive to them and apparently had a bad manufacture who cut corners and therefore made a cheap product. We are not associated with the line Macy’s is selling and therefore haven’t had these problems.

I purchased the Delia satchel in the black croc from Macy’s shortly after Christmas. I use the bag about 3 times a week and this week, one of the handles broke off of one side of it. What should I do?
