Purchased Defective Jessica Simpson Shoes at Macy’s
I purchased a pair of Jessica Simpson shoes at Macy’s and after wearing them four times, the seam came a loose and cannot be repaired by any shoe shop. Will Jessica Simpson shoes replace the defective pair? I have looked online for the same pair, but cannot find them anywhere, they are black patent leather open toe shoes and they actually have a zebra heel. Please advise.
Just return them to Macy’s for a refund. The line Macy’s is selling is exclusive to them and apparently had a bad manufacture who cut corners and therefore made a cheap product. We are not associated with the line Macy’s is selling and therefore haven’t had these problems.
