Hi, I am writing to see if there is anyway you can help me out. I own a Jessica Simpson Boulevard purse and the rivets came out of one of the handles. Is there anyway that you can mail out or sell me a replacement part? I found a company that can fix it, if I get the parts. I am missing the 2 rivets and the plate. I have enclosed a pic of the purse, and also the piece that needs repair.
We’re just affiliated with the merchant who actually sells the line of Jessica Simpson purses. Only the manufacture could send out a replacement as merchants wouldn’t carry replacement parts. Why not just return the whole purse to the merchant for a replacement?
