Hi, I am writing to see if there is anyway you can help me out. I own a Jessica Simpson Boulevard purse and the rivets came out of one of the handles. Is there anyway that you can mail out or sell me a replacement part? I found a company that can fix it, if I get the parts. I am missing the 2 rivets and the plate. We’re just affiliated with the merchant who actually sells the line of Jessica Simpson purses. Only the manufacture could send out a replacement as merchants wouldn’t carry replacement parts. Why not just return the whole purse to the merchant for a replacement?

I purchased a Jessica Simpson purse and have it for proxy 2 months and the handled is leather is starting to frayed I paid 129.00 for it would like it repaired or replaced the style of the purse is awesome.

Was this purse purchased from us? Just return it to where it was purchased and ask for it to be replaced with the same style. If it wasn’t bought through us there isn’t anything we can do as we’re not the merchant.
